Fabrics
There are two types of curtain fabrics, sheer or blockout. The difference between the two is the amount of light let through into a room. Sheer curtains allow light into the room, compared to blockout curtains which block the majority of light out of a room.
Sheer
Sheer fabrics are great for letting in natural light while still providing privacy. They offer a soft, delicate look and are often used in combination with other curtain types to create layered window treatments.
