Handover Workflow

After placing an order, we have introduced a series of questions that need to be answered to allow for a seamless handover to our operations team.

There are certain elements of the job that we need to confirm before booking in a check measure. For example, we want to be sure that the site is ready for measure and that the site contact is accurate. Additionally, any photos of the windows or house plans will make it easier to prepare for measure and installation. Providing this information will help us create an even greater user experience for your customer!

Confirm Details

First, we will ask you to confirm details such as site contact and address.

Uploading Files

Next, you will be asked to upload any photos or attachments, such as house plans or templates. We strongly encourage you to take and share photos! You can select the file type after uploading. (Don't forget, you can also upload attachments before handover during the quoting process).

Review and Submit

Finally, review all details and submit for handover! Our team will receive all details and contact your customer to book in a check measure. You can view a summary of your handover at any point in your Quote.
