      Job Status & Order Notifications

      We're constantly working on making the Capture App better and easier for you to use. In this round of changes, we have some very exciting features to announce!

      We have provided a breakdown of each new feature update below. If you have any questions or need help using the app, you can always reach out to our support team.

      1. Track Job Status

      Capture jobs will move through five stages:
      1. Being Processed
      2. Measure
      3. Procure
      4. Install
      5. Done
      When navigating to the 'Orders' tab in the app, you will be able to view the current status of each active job (with some additional detail).

      2. Automated Notifications

      As each job moves through a new stage, you will receive a personalised email update. As always, our operations team will reach out with any other specific details around a job.

      3. Estimator Tool Enhancement

      We have added size guidance (by square metre) on our new Estimator Tool. This should help you determine the size of your customer's window before providing an price estimate.
