The communication received throughout the procurement process continually improves, and we strive to offer the best communication possible. 

The first step is the order being confirmed in the app by the salesperson. Once this is done, Capture receives an email confirming the order. 

The salesperson/store will then get updates from Capture at the below stages. 

  • Automatic notification that the order has been received from the salesperson
  • Email or call confirming the check measure has been booked. 
  • Email or call once check measure has been completed. 
  • Confirmation installation has been completed.
  • Call/Email for any issues that arise upon check measure or installation

Curtain Specification Overview

Curtain specifcations for capture are

  • Min width 300mm
  • Max width base on supplier limitations, the app has all fabric limitations built in, so it wil not allow you to order something if it's too big or too small. 
  • Curtain drop will be supplied as 10mm off the floor
  • Operation all curtains will be supplied with flick sticks
  • Heading options are Pencil pleat and s-fold
  • fabric type options sheer blockout and dimout
  • Track options are non decorative and decorative the style used does depend on the heading type.
  • Hem Sheer curtains will have a weighted hem
  • blockout curtains hems will be 80mm double turnde
  • Heading tape for s fold curtains will be 25mm and pencil pleats are 75mm 
  • Track vertical options are standard (150mm above architrave)/ below cornice/ceiling mount, or a custom option that you select.
  • Track width options are standard (100mm past arhchitecture)/ wall to wall or a custom option. 
  • Double curtains option the window curtain will always be a pencil pleat curtain. You have the option to do a s fold or a pencil pleat as the room curtain

Roman Blind How to measure them

for roman blinds on windows, face fit romans should be 250mm aboive the architrave and 20mm past each vertical architrave and up to 40mm below the bottom architrave. 

For sliding doors that are face fit,it should be 150mm above the arhitrave 20mm past each vertical rchitrave and will sit 10mm above the floor.
