We're constantly working on making the Capture App better and easier for you to use. We have been asked to introduce a quick way to answer the question: "how much does a blind cost?" And we've responded with Quick Estimate feature in the app!
- Select the quantity and approximate sizes of your customer's windows
- Move between our various products and fabrics
- Provide a Price Guide* to your customer, based on your selections
- Transform the Price Guide into a customer quote
*The Price Guide is designed as a sales tool to help provide a rough price guide to your customers in 3 simple steps. This is not intended as a quote, and prices are subject to change. The quote value will largely depend on accurate measurements, finalising product details and accessories, retail margin and actual window quantities.
Quick Estimate
1. Add Windows
Select how many small, medium or large windows are in the customer's home. This will help calculate a more accurate price estimate.
2. Select Furnishings & Fabric
Finally, select your customer's preferred Furnishing and Fabric. A dynamic Price Guide will appear on the right hand panel, based on your fabric selection, window sizes and quantity.
If you select the furnishing only, fabric will default to Capture's budget fabric. Alternatively, use the drop down to select from Capture's full fabric range.
3. Continue to Quote
Select 'Continue to Quote' to proceed with an accurate quote for window furnishings. You will be directed to enter customer details and create a new quote as usual. The original Quote Estimate will be carried over to the new quote for reference.
