Headrail

The headrail is the top part of the blind that houses the operating mechanisms. It provides support and structure for the blind. Inside the headrail, you'll typically find:

  • Tilt Mechanism: Allows the slats to be tilted open or closed.
  • Lift Mechanism: Allows the entire blind to be raised or lowered.

End Caps

End caps are small pieces that cover the ends of the headrail and bottom rail. They serve both functional and aesthetic purposes:

  • Protective Function: They help protect the edges of the rails from damage and wear.
  • Aesthetic Function: They give the blinds a finished and polished look.

Aluminium Blades

Aluminum blades, or slats, are the horizontal strips that make up the main body of the blind. They can be tilted to control light and privacy. Features include:

  • Durability: Made of aluminum, they are lightweight, resistant to corrosion, and easy to clean.
  • Variety: Available in various widths, colors, and finishes to suit different decor styles.

Tilt Rod & Lift Cord

Tilt rods are part of the mechanism that allows you to adjust the angle of the slats. The rod allows the blind to move up and down, whereas the lift cord is used to adjust the angle of the slats

Bottom Rail

The bottom rail is the horizontal bar at the bottom of the blind. It provides weight to keep the blinds hanging straight and helps with the lifting mechanism. It adds weight to the bottom of the blind to keep the slats in place.
