      Vertical Blinds Mounting Positions

      Mounting Positions

      Mounting position refers to where the Vertical blinds are secured to on the window. There are two mounting positions Face fit and Reveal fit. 

      Face Fit

      Blinds that sit outside the frame and on the wall are called face fit. This is when the brackets are attached to the outside of the window frame.

      Reveal Fit

      Vertical blinds that sit inside the frame are called reveal fit. In this situation, the brackets are attached to the window frame. 

      For Reveal fit Vertical blinds, we recommend using the 89mm blade, as it gives you more space to work within the reveal.
